The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help make my stay as enjoyable as possible.

Had a fab stay! My room was spacious with a jetted tub that felt like a hug for my feet. Plus, complimentary drinks were a delightful surprise!

Only downside? The front desk was manned by two blokes who acted as if they were auditioning for a statue role—not a smile in sight!

Perfect little escape

Found this place last minute and it worked out great! The room was compact but had everything – slippers, TV, and mini bar. Super clean too! The AC was solid. Only bummer was the check-in guy was kinda rude. Also, the bar had a cozy vibe for in-room breakfast. Overall, pretty sweet spot for a couple of nights!

The blackout curtains allowed for a perfect night's sleep despite the bright city outside.

The air conditioning unit blew directly onto one of the beds, making it uncomfortable for those sleeping there.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Duomo and enjoyed a fun day at the local markets. The hotel is super close to the train station and had comfortable beds. Plus, there are plenty of food options nearby and the breakfast was fantastic!

However, the room we stayed in was quite small, which was a bit disappointing considering the price we paid.
